Send the item back to MB „Opcija”, Baltų pr. 29-27, LT-48244 Kaunas. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer.
Upon careful inspection of the returned item, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunded amounts will be transferred to the buyer’s specified bank account.

If the size or model of your underwear is unsuitable and the tags remain untouched, you can within 7 days:

Exchange for a more suitable size or color.
Choose a different model, paying or receiving the price difference.
Return the item and receive a refund.
